Coterie Stat Reference Tables

Claim Table

Score What It Looks Like
-3 You're squatting somewhere that isn't yours and everyone knows it. Rivals are actively moving to take even that.
-2 You have a room or a corner of a building, but it's contested. Someone else considers it theirs. They might be raccoons.
-1 You have a place, but it's cramped, exposed, or in a location nobody else wanted. Rivals sniff around regularly.
+0 A modest, defensible space. A house, a floor of a building, a warehouse. Unremarkable but functional.
+1 A comfortable property with some breathing room. Neighbors and rival Kindred know it's yours.
+2 A significant chunk of real estate; a block, a building complex, a stretch of waterfront. Other Kindred respect the boundary.
+3 A whole neighborhood or borough answers to your Coterie. You are a landmark on the local Kindred political map.

Currency Table

Score What It Looks Like
-3 You owe dangerous people real money. The kind of debt that gets kneecaps rearranged, mortal or otherwise.
-2 Broke and in the hole. Can't cover emergencies. Pawning or stealing things to keep the lights on. Off is fine too, actually.
-1 Scraping by. You can eat (figuratively) but a single unexpected expense is a crisis. Sound familiar?
+0 Stable. Bills get paid, gear gets maintained, nobody's starving. No luxuries. Not even overnight shipping.
+1 Comfortable. You can bribe a bouncer, replace a burned safehouse, or buy a decent used car without sweating.
+2 Flush. Lawyers on retainer, slush funds, a vehicle or two, equipment upgrades when you need them.
+3 Loaded. Shell companies, investment portfolios, properties plural. Money is a tool you wield, not a thing you worry about.

Clout Table

Score What It Looks Like
-3 You're a punchline, a cautionary tale, or actively Blood Hunted. Kindred avoid associating with you for their own safety.
-2 Dismissed and disrespected. Other Coteries openly poach from your territory and talk over you at gatherings.
-1 Known, but not taken seriously. You get tolerant nods at Elysium and nothing else.
+0 You exist on the radar. Nobody goes out of their way to help or hinder you. Sometimes they say "Hey."
+1 Respected enough to get a seat at the table. Your name carries some weight in local politics.
+2 A serious player. The Prince (or similar) knows your Coterie by name and considers you worth courting or watching.
+3 Power brokers. Other Coteries actively seek your favor. Your endorsement or opposition shapes local Kindred politics.

Charm Table

Score What It Looks Like
-3 Actively reviled. Mortals cross the street. Kindred assume the worst. Doors close before you even think about knocking.
-2 Unpleasant reputation. People deal with you because they have to, not because they want to.
-1 Offputting. First impressions go poorly. You have to work harder than most to earn basic goodwill.
+0 Neutral. People form opinions based on direct interaction, not your reputation. You receive nods of acknowledgment sometimes.
+1 Likable. People give you the benefit of the doubt. Strangers are inclined to help before they have a reason not to.
+2 Magnetic. Your Coterie gets invited to things, remembered fondly, and forgiven for minor transgressions.
+3 Beloved or fascinating. People (living and unliving) actively seek your company and make excuses for your behavior.

Cohesion Table

Score What It Looks Like
-3 Actively fractured. Members are scheming against each other. The Coterie exists in name only; it could dissolve any night.
-2 Deep mistrust. Members withhold information, watch their backs, and have contingency plans for betrayal.
-1 Strained. Old grudges or unresolved Debts make cooperation feel like pulling fangs.
+0 Functional. You work together when you have to. Nobody's planning a betrayal, but nobody's taking a bullet for you either.
+1 Solid. You trust each other enough to split up, share resources, and have honest disagreements without everything fracturing.
+2 Tight-knit. Shared history, inside jokes, genuine loyalty. Members make sacrifices for each other without being asked.
+3 Unbreakable bond. You'd walk into fire for each other (metaphorically; actual fire is still pretty scary, actually). Immune to the haters but not the sun.
